Belinda established SW19Lawyers after leaving Dell Inc. where she spent 11 years in the Europe, Middle East and Africa Headquarters. As a Legal Director she was responsible for a wide range of legal affairs including supporting the HR function on employment law and people issues. Before moving in-house, Belinda worked at Baker & McKenzie and Freshfields in London. Belinda qualified as a solicitor in 1990 after studying law at Hull University

Jennifer Ison is a qualified solicitor and founding partner of SW19Lawyers based in Wimbledon, London. Before starting SW19Lawyers, Jennifer practised in Wimbledon, London as an employment solicitor. While living in Germany for several years, Jennifer worked for a major law firm in Stuttgart. Prior to that, Jennifer worked at Baker & McKenzie and Norton Rose based in London. Jennifer qualified as a solicitor in 1987 after studying law at Leeds University and completing a Masters Degree at Cambridge University.
